Services
RS Web Labs offers custom web and eCommerce solutions, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow development, and eBay/Amazon template design. All services are tailored and quoted individually.
Payments
A deposit may be required to start a project. Final payment is due before delivery or launch. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership & Usage
Clients own final deliverables upon full payment. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
Third-Party Tools
Clients are responsible for any costs and terms related to third-party services like hosting, plugins, or domains.
Support & Maintenance
We provide limited post-launch support for minor fixes. Ongoing updates or maintenance require a separate agreement.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or service interruptions after project delivery. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project. Completed work must be paid for up to the date of termination.
Legal
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Multan.
